What is SWAP?
The School to Work Alliance Program, in collaboration with the Centennial BOCES school districts and the Colorado Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is a program designed to assist young adults (ages 15-24) with mild to moderate needs in employment to become competitively employed and achieve successful community outcomes.
The SWAP staff assists young adults with finding a job related to their area of interest, in addition to learning basic employment skills and job coaching. It is a collaborative program between Colorado Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR), Local school districts and Boards of Cooperative Educational Services, Colorado Department of Education, Area Businesses and Young Adults wanting to participate in the workforce.
